What is Zoo Ball?
Zoo Ball is Lincoln Park Zoo’s largest annual fundraiser, and is hosted by the Women’s Board. Since its inception in 1977, Zoo Ball has raised millions for a wide range of capital projects, including Robert and Mayari Pritzker Penguin Cove, Regenstein Macaque Forest, Nature Boardwalk at Lincoln Park Zoo, Regenstein Center for African Apes, and the Flamingo Habitat. Each year 1,000 civic and philanthropic leaders gather at this event to support the zoo’s efforts to connect people with nature at one of the only remaining free zoos in the United States.
